It’s our priority to make sure we will be the right fit for you. Our free coaching consultation will be used to gather some information before commencing with us (injury history, goals, schedule, lifestyle, etc.).

Session Lengths

We want our service to match your level of commitment, your affordability, and the guidance and support that you will need from us as coaches. Although this may seem excessive we have found that if you are more invested in the coaching process you will get far more out of the service and your development will be fostered as a result. So although the cheapest option may seem like the right fit, you’d be surprised where a little investment in your health and performance can get you.

During a 60-minute session, our coaches will guide you through a RAMP warm-up that will prime you for the session. (If you are coming for Olympic weightlifting the focus will be placed on one exercise either the snatch or C&J). for S&C and general training, the aim will be focused on aspects of your performance you wish to improve upon i.e. strength, power, mobility etc.

During a 90-minute session, The extended time frame allows for a thorough RAMP warm-up, personalized guidance on snatch & clean and jerk, and a mix of strength work. The coach tailors the session to your needs. for S&C and general training, the aim will be focused on aspects of your performance you wish to improve upon i.e. strength, power, mobility etc.

During a Comprehensive 120-minute session, The extended timeframe allows for a thorough warm-up, an in-depth focus on snatch and clean and jerk, and a diverse range of strength-building exercises tailored to your goals. The extended session ensures ample time for refining skills, addressing specific areas for improvement, and fostering confidence in your weightlifting abilities. for S&C and general training, the aim will be focused on aspects of your performance you wish to improve upon i.e. strength, power, mobility etc.
